The Journal of Second Language Education is dedicated to providing budding academics, researchers and professional educators with an opportunity to publish their research papers in the greater academic community. We particularly encourage first-time writers to publish in the SLE Journal.

Papers in the Journal of Second Language Education include working papers on preliminary results of major studies, as well as forum papers, which evaluate recent literature and concepts in a particular field of study indicating areas of future research possibilities.

Papers printed in this journal should all be considered "works in progress", that are not intended, or not yet accepted, as formal academic publications.

Papers in the Journal of Second Language Education are made available in both print and full text electronic versions so that readers can get access to the most recent research and literature reviews available and can have a chance to open dialogue on the papers by contacting the writers via email.
